Our First Guest for March 25th

Jake Query

An Indy native, Jake joined WIBC in March 2007.  Prior to WIBC, Jake was a sports producer, reporter and anchor for WRTV-ABC television in Indy.  During his time at WRTV, Jake covered the Colts, Pacers, college and high school sports, NASCAR and the IRL.  His favorite interviews were with John Wooden and President George H.W. Bush. His favorite event is the Indy 500, which he has attended 22 times.

From 2000-2001 Jake was the Midwest Correspondent for Fox Sports Net in St. Louis. While in St. Louis, he covered the Super Bowl Champion Rams, the NHL, MLB, the National League Championship Series and Big XII football and basketball.

A fan of all central Indiana sports, Jake is a product of North Central High School and Indiana University. He is single and lives near Broad Ripple.
Our Third Guest

Phil Casey

Having worked his way up the ladder on the mechanical side of motor sports, Phil has made a name for himself all along the way as a winner.

From mechanic, to Chief Mechanic, to Crew Chief, Phil was called upon to become Technical Director from the inception of the IRL.  When Leo Mehl came up with the idea of the Safer Barrier, Phil was made the point man in its development.  The results of which have been nothing short of spectacular.

Now retired to playing golf in California, he is still slightly involved with racing as a consultant. He'll now spend more time on his charity golf tournament that has grown to be a "must do" event.

Our Second Guest

During the off-season, Jaynes is an aide to special needs students at Monrovia High School and coaches middle school football and basketball.  He also handles play-by-play for webcasts on IHSAASPORTS.ORG of State Championships in a variety of sports and play-by-play of State Championship events on the IHSAA Radio Network.

His career in broadcasting covers 25 years at stations in Martinsville, Terre Haute and Indianapolis.
